Open the app → tap "ROAST MY VIDEO" on the home screen → pick any video from your camera roll (3 minutes max, 50MB max). In about 60 seconds you'll see a reveal sequence and then a full tabbed breakdown.

Yes — 1 free roast per week. Enough to understand what the product does without relying on it. Unlimited roasts require Unmidify Pro.

When you try to roast a second video in the same week on the free tier, you'll see the paywall. Choose Monthly ($24.99/mo) or Annual ($149/yr with a 7-day free trial).

Open Settings → Manage Subscription. You'll be taken to your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings where you can cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Open Settings → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't work, email contact@deskwolf.ai with your Apple ID email and transaction ID and we'll fix it.

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google, not us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com (iOS) or play.google.com/store/account (Android) to request one.

Yes. Unmidify is a coaching tool that's savage toward bad content decisions but never toward you personally. Every critique is paired with a specific fix. If you want softer feedback, most other apps exist.

AI analysis occasionally gets it wrong. Email contact@deskwolf.ai with the roast ID (shown under your score) and a screenshot — we review and use the case to tune the system.

Your personal benchmark library of top-tier content. Upload up to 10 videos you consider aspirational (yours or others'). The app reverse-engineers why each one works, then uses those patterns to personalize every future roast.

Videos are uploaded to our servers for analysis and deleted immediately after (typically within 60 seconds). We don't retain video content. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

Settings → Delete My Data. This clears your local streak, ideal posts library, roast history, and onboarding answers. Server-side data (rate limit counters) is dropped on request.

No. We use enterprise API tiers of Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (Whisper) which do not retain inputs for model training.

Our AI occasionally returns malformed responses. Tap 'Try Again' — it almost always works on the second attempt. If it keeps failing, try a shorter clip or email us.

Check your connection. Large videos on slow connections may exceed the 2-minute upload timeout. Try a shorter clip or switch to WiFi.

Our system filters out music-only audio and speech below a confidence threshold to prevent AI hallucinations. If you had clear speech and it was missed, email us with the roast ID.
