Terms of Service — Unmidify

These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement", "EULA") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and DeskWolf LLC ("we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the Unmidify mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Service on a device you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable App Store / Play Store terms.

You may not:

Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit the Service
Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others

2. Acceptable Use — Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

2.1 Prohibited Content

You must not upload:

Content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or threatening
Content depicting or promoting violence, exploitation, self-harm, sexual abuse, or child sexual abuse material
Content you do not own or have rights to upload
Content containing malware, spam, or misleading information
Content that violates privacy or publicity rights of any person

We enforce zero tolerance for objectionable content. Uploading prohibited content may result in immediate account termination and, where legally required, reporting to authorities.

2.2 Content Filtering

Our AI analysis pipeline includes automated filtering provided by Anthropic and OpenAI. Content that triggers safety filters will not receive analysis.

2.3 Reporting

If you believe content processed by the Service violates these Terms, contact contact@deskwolf.ai with the subject line "Content Report". We respond within 24 hours.

3. Subscriptions

3.1 Subscription Products

Unmidify Pro Monthly — $24.99 USD per month, auto-renewing. No free trial.
Unmidify Pro Annual — $149.00 USD per year, auto-renewing. Includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at purchase time.

3.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed via the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

3.3 Free Trial (Annual Plan Only)

The 7-day free trial applies only to the annual plan and only to new subscribers
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the annual price
To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends via your App Store subscription settings

3.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time except as required by law. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google per their store policies.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Content

All content provided by the Service (app design, brand elements, roast analyses, scoring algorithms, cheat sheet content, generated feedback) is owned by DeskWolf LLC or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

4.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content to generate analysis, transmit your content to AI service providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) for processing, and store anonymized aggregate metrics. This license terminates when your content is deleted from our servers (automatically within seconds of analysis).

4.3 Generated Analyses

The roast analyses, scores, and feedback generated for your uploads are provided for your personal use. You may share them (screenshots, exported cards) on social media or other platforms.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content analysis, feedback, and recommendations. You acknowledge:

AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected content
AI-generated feedback is not professional advice
You should not rely solely on AI analysis for important creative or business decisions
We make no guarantees about accuracy, viability, or viral potential of content based on our analysis

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, THAT ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MAKE YOUR CONTENT GO VIRAL.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DESKWOLF LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR LOST OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DeskWolf LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party right, or content you upload.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms, upload of prohibited content, abuse of the rate limit system, or fraud. Upon termination, your local data remains on your device until you uninstall. Server-side data is purged per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or by updating the "Effective" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
